For awhile I've had a list of healthy habits that I've been trying to incorporate more into my daily routine. I've made a lot of progress in many of these but obviously am not perfect with them. None of these are earth shattering; it's just sometimes I need a good list to put my thoughts together. I'm also hoping to hone in on practical steps to progress towards my goals.
I thought it would be great to do a two-week challenge and evaluate any changes or things that need to tweak at the end. I'm posting here for accountability and would love to have you join me.

Two Week Healthy Habits Challenge:
Workout 6 times a week.
Only fruit for sugar/sweets.
Drink 3 quarts of water per day (at least one quart with the juice of a lemon or lime).
Read a daily Devotional
Read a physical or e-book for fun.
Write down at least one thing you're grateful for today.
Do not weigh yourself until the end of the challenge.
I started today so my challenge will end the morning of February 18th.
